Berlin Closing (27/01/20)
It’s with a heavy heart that we must inform you that we will discontinue our car sharing service for private customers and SMEs (Ubeeqo for Business) in Berlin. As of January 27, 2020, our Ubeeqo vehicles will no longer be available on the streets of Berlin. Our fleet in Hamburg will remain as usual and will be expanded in the future.

Our carsharing service for private customers and SMEs ends on January 27, 2020.
As of the closing date on the 27/01/2020, our car sharing service in the city of Berlin will no longer be available to private bookings and bookings with an Ubeeqo for Business account. Our Berlin Ubeeqo stations will then no longer be visible in the app.
In Hamburg, our car sharing service will remain as usual and will be expanded in the future. Customers from Berlin can therefore continue to rent Ubeeqo vehicles in Hamburg with their existing account.
Our offer for corporate customers (tailor-made fleet solutions) is not affected by this change. As leading providers in Germany in this field we will expand significantly in 2020.
All bookings that were made prior to the announcement for the period between now and the closing date of the 27/01/2020 will still take place. Unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to make new reservations as of the 27/01/2020.
Customers whose bookings are being adjusted have already been contacted in this regard.

We offer Berlin customers with a current Prime subscription the option to terminate this prematurely. In this case, the pro rata remaining amount of your already paid subscription fee (€ 25) will be refunded to your bank account.
Prime customers who live in Berlin or use Ubeeqo in Berlin were informed of this by email.

You won’t be able to use your credit in Berlin anymore. However, your account, as well as your credits, stay valid in any other city where Ubeeqo is operating such as Hamburg.

We already started reducing our fleet in Berlin. All vehicles will be taken off of the streets as of 27/01/2020. Therefore, new bookings in Berlin cannot be made anymore.
