Hamburg Closing (14/05/2020)

It’s with a heavy heart that we must inform you that we will discontinue our car sharing service for private customers and SMEs (Ubeeqo for Business) in Hamburg. As of May 14, 2020, our Ubeeqo vehicles will no longer be available on the streets of Hamburg.

Our carsharing service for private customers and SMEs ends on May 14, 2020.

As of the closing date on the 14/05/2020, our car sharing service in the city of Hamburg will no longer be available to private bookings and bookings with an Ubeeqo for Business account. Our Hamburg Ubeeqo stations will then no longer be visible in the app.

Our offer for corporate customers (tailor-made fleet solutions) is not affected by this change. As leading providers in Germany in this field we will keep on expanding.

All bookings that were made prior to the announcement for the period between now and the closing date of the 14/05/2020 will still take place. Unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to make new reservations as of the 14/05/2020.

Customers whose bookings are being adjusted have already been contacted in this regard.

All customers with an upcoming booking in Hamburg after the 14/05/2020 have already been contacted in this regard.

We offer Hamburg customers with a current Prime subscription the option to terminate this prematurely. In this case, the pro rata remaining amount of your already paid subscription fee (€25) will be refunded to your bank account. 

Prime customers who live in Hamburg or use Ubeeqo in Hamburg were informed of this by email.
